Our relaxing massage uses soft to medium pressure and focuses on overall rest, everyday tension relief and a sense of calm. It is ideal for guests who want to unwind and restore. Our deep tissue massage uses medium to firm pressure and works more intensively into the deeper layers of muscle to address knots, chronic tension and restricted movement. If you prefer firmer pressure, our deep tissue massage is the better fit.
