Do I need the app to book?
No, you can still book online, by phone or via WhatsApp. The app simply makes it quicker, and it's where you'll find your door access and redeem your rewards.
How do I earn reward points?
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent on treatments. Points are added to your account after your appointment. Gift card purchases and products don't earn points.
Where can I see which rewards are available?
All rewards are listed in the app, together with your current points balance.
How do I redeem a reward?
At the boutique, show the QR code in your app and our team will scan it. Rewards can only be redeemed in person at the boutique.
When does door access work?
From 25 minutes before your appointment until 5 minutes after it starts, and only when you are in front of the boutique, with location services switched on for the app, so the app can recognise you're at the boutique.
Door access isn't working. What should I do?
Check that your app is connected to your booking with the same name and email address, that location services are switched on for the app, that you are in front of the boutique, and that you are within the door access window. If it still doesn't open, call or WhatsApp us on +31702192266.
Is paying in the app secure?
Yes. All payments go through a secure checkout, by credit card, iDEAL or gift card.
Can I buy a gift card in the app?
Yes, gift cards can be bought directly in the app.
Can I contact you through the app?
Yes. Use Chat with us or Talk to us on the home screen. Because you are already signed in, we can see who you are and help you straight away, without asking you to verify your details again.
Is the app available in Dutch?
Yes, the app is available in both English and Dutch.
Is the app free?
Yes, the Amilda app is free for iPhone and Android.
