Complaints procedure
At Amilda Wellness Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality treatments and excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to let us know. Below is our step-by-step complaint process.
Step 1:
Discuss your concerns with us
If you are dissatisfied with the communication, quality or treatment you received, we kindly ask you to talk to us first.
- Speak directly to your therapist or reception staff.

- We will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.
Step 2:
Start the formal complaint process
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can start the official complaints procedure via Erisietsmisgaan.nl.
- A certified complaints officer from Erisietsmisgaan.nl will guide you through the process.

Step 3:
Independent dispute resolution
If mediation does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, your complaint may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.
This committee will:
- Assessing your complaint independently.
- Offering a fair and objective solution.
- Offer a binding decision, in accordance with Dutch law (Wkkgz).
