The Amilda Wellness Guide

What is a sculpting massage?

A sculpting massage is a dynamic, results-oriented body treatment that uses firm, rhythmic kneading and sculpting movements to refine the body's contours and stimulate detoxification.

At Amilda our sculpting massage is inspired by Brazilian bodywork techniques and focuses on targeted zones including the abdomen, thighs, hips, waist and arms. It is not a relaxation massage. The pressure is strong and active, designed to physically mobilise subcutaneous tissue, break down fluid accumulation, stimulate lymphatic flow and improve circulation.

Most guests notice a visible difference in definition and a reduction in puffiness immediately after their first session. A course of 4 to 6 treatments builds progressively more pronounced results. Note that the sculpting massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, should not be combined as they work in opposing directions on the tissue.
