We always recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early, and not simply to avoid delays. We believe a treatment truly begins with a calm mind, so that time is yours to settle in, breathe and let the boutique's atmosphere set the tone before your session even starts. The appointment time you're given is when your treatment begins, not when you arrive, and every session opens with a short consultation, so those extra minutes also give you space to share your preferences unhurried. As a small boutique, our day runs from one guest straight into the next, so a late start also means a later finish, and less time for us to change the room, refresh the linen and welcome the guest who follows you. We always try our best to give you the full length of your treatment, though this cannot always be guaranteed if another guest is booked directly afterwards.
