Step 1:
Discuss Your Concern with Us

If you are dissatisfied with the communication, quality, or treatment you have received, we kindly ask you to talk to us first.

  • We will do our best to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Step 2:
Start the Formal Complaints Process

If we are unable to resolve your concern, you can start the official complaints procedure through Erisietsmisgegaan.nl.

Step 3:
Independent Dispute Resolution

If mediation does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, your complaint can be escalated to an independent disputes committee (geschilleninstantie).

This committee will:
  • Review your complaint independently.
  • Offer a fair and objective resolution.
  • Provide a binding decision, in accordance with Dutch law (Wkkgz).
